Whether you have twenty years behind you or have just completed training, there is a role here that fits. Experienced GPs will find room to lead, teach and build a special interest. Newly qualified GPs will find a structured start and colleagues who have time for them.
GP Lead
A place in the practice leadership team, with dedicated time for clinical leadership: education, safeguarding, prescribing, network and service development. The influence of a traditional partner, without the financial risk.
Salaried GP
Your own patient list in a multidisciplinary team, with the chance to develop a special interest.
Associate GP
Regular sessions in an area of clinical interest, such as women’s health. No patient list.
GP trainer
Every practice is a training practice. We support GPs to become trainers and to teach registrars, foundation doctors and medical students.
Your week may include
Face-to-face and telephone consultations, clinical triage, duty doctor sessions, home visiting, and review of results and correspondence.
What we are looking for
GMC registration with a licence to practise, inclusion on the GP Performers List, and CCT or equivalent. Beyond that: commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care, and an appetite for learning and improvement.
Salary
